One more time Efecktor was invited by Neogama BBH to another great post-production project; the spot “TIM Palavras”
The spot shows that TIM is expanding the optical fiber technology to antennas of more cities, delivering a better user experience. In the beginning, Blue Men Group connects a large optical fiber cable to an antenna on top of a building, symbolizing the arrival of this innovation.
With that optical fiber, the train enlightens where it passes through and also reveals “with light” the words “quality” and “technology”, values attributed to the improvements that come with the arrival of this technology.
The partnership with Neogama BBH provided Efecktor with the possibility to work with proper care as required by the project, from the supervision of the film set’s two daily (a technical external one and a studio one) to the extensive research / reference for scenery and the train in order to strengthen the concept of the improvement brought by technological change.
To do so, we have developed match paintings (backgrounds and scenery) of cities and showed evolution to the design of both the train and it’s tracks, all with 3D and hyper-realistic composition.
All of the 20 plans had post-production work and they took us 4 weeks to complete.
Challenges were: filming with 2 celebrities in the same daily and the fact that it is a nocturnal spot, in order to highlight the optical fiber look, but without running any risk of looking dark.
